The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner requires the candidate to be based in Warsaw.


Core Responsibilities

  • managing end to end recruitment processes for our open roles among others,

  • sourcing, shortlisting and conducting first-round interviews with the candidates,

  • coordinating side projects, related with the tools we use or employer branding, to offer you the space to grow,

  • providing exceptional candidate experience, keep finding new ways to increase the quality and effectiveness of our recruitment processes,

  • working closely with Hiring Managers, coaching them on best practices and acting as an advisor in your field,

  • helping to raise awareness of Ramp Network, being a brand ambassador and finding new ways of promoting job openings and attracting new talent.

Requirements

  • at least 3 years of practical experience in tech recruiting gained in the recruitment agency and/or internal role,
  • willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment, switch between different tasks easily,

  • exceptional communication skills, you articulate clearly and confidently,

  • familiarity with the recruitment tools (Social Media, ATS, job boards, extensions) and ability to maximise their potential to attract the best candidates,

  • you are not afraid to promote Ramp outside of the company, you understand that being a great brand ambassador helps a lot in recruiting,

  • a data-driven approach to recruiting, experience in making informed recruitment decisions based on factual data.

Our recruitment process

1. Interview with Talent Acquisition Partner (your future colleague!) - 60 min

2. Home assignment - up to 2 hours

3. Final interview - 60 min
